All returned items must be purchased from site and the return or money back request must include the purchase receipt number.

3. Non-Returnable Items Products that have been used or opened or beyond the 60 day money back guarantee may not be returned.

5. Maximum Weight Limit No return shipment may exceed 50 lbs. in weight.
6. Return Condition Your item must be returned as received. That is in unopened and unused fashion and contains all the original components and materials included in the initial shipment.
